AT HOME IN THE SHOP

Sean Druley Craftsman, LLC is a wood-working shop, based in Cincinnati, Ohio and founded in 2000. We specialize in building custom furniture, cabinetry and built-ins, collaborating with clients–both residential and commercial. Each solution, created and constructed for the individual client, is a work of upstanding quality, value and function. 

SDCraftsman, LLC  was born from Sean’s dream to combine his love of woodworking, his fine-art education and his life-long passion to build. He began his woodworking studies as a kid building go-carts, tree houses and a few pieces of bedroom “furniture”.

At Ball State University Sean quickly changed majors from business to metal design after finding the art building and feeling completely at home. After getting his BFA in metal design, Sean moved to Cincinnati where he was drawn to wood. For almost a decade he learned from the old-timers in the residential woodworking industry. Next, Sean struck out on his own, and has since been building finely crafted one-of-a-kind pieces for contractors and designers, homeowners, retail businesses, corporations and museums. 

Today Sean’s work is his dream job because it provides him with creative opportunities to problem-solve and to master the art of fine woodworking every day.
